The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay memorable. I loved the delicious breakfast options and the fact that they cater for Western cuisine too. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the location was convenient, particularly as it was a quick walk to the train station.

Spent my new year at a beautiful hotel in the heart of Mandalay. Loved the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist us. The spacious room was cleaned and restocked daily with complimentary bottled water. The key location provided easy access to popular attractions and dining options. The hot breakfast buffet selection was a great start to the day.
The shower room needed some improvements as there was no clear separation between the wet and dry area, causing some discomfort and inconvenience during showers. Despite this, it did not detract from the overall experience and comfort of the stay.

My recent stay at Orient Hotel was exceptional. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and spoke good English, making it easier for me to communicate my needs. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, just a few minutes walk from the Grand Palace wall and a short drive from the main points of interest in the city. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities. Despite a few minor issues, such as a leaking bidet and limited breakfast options, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend Orient Hotel for a pleasant stay in Mandalay.

During my New Year stay, I enjoyed the clean and airy room with great views from the higher floors. the breakfast was delicious and filling, with a great cafe across the street to complement the hotel's food offerings. I was pleased with the availability of motorbike rentals, which was quite convenient.

Conveniently situated near the transportation hub with a quick walk to the station. the room provided a shower with good water pressure and clean bathroom facilities. the staff was amenable and warm. Breakfast was adequate, with a variety of cultural options.
Noise from outside continuously disrupted any chance of sleep.
